I had a similar problem the other day.  In my case it turned out that I
had used a partial domain name instead of the full domain.  When I put
the FULL address in, it worked.  (Started with
[EMAIL PROTECTED]; worked after I edited it to
[EMAIL PROTECTED])  May work for you; hope so.
