[IMail Forum] Strange Problem

I've got a strange problem. I'm running 5.03 and I have a completely legit
user on the system not receiving her mail. I check the log and it says:

ERR mail.mydomain.com open append fail (E:\IMAIL\users\heruid\main.mbx)
ERR local fail to mail.mydomain.com username-main (320) validsender address
2179

I have tried
stopping and starting the server
Deleting all but the main.mbx in her account folder
"pushed" the queue


I can't figure it out--everything looks like it should--it just doesn't want
to go--IMail seems to have a lot of these little problems.

Any help would be appreciated.
