There is not an automated way to do this. However each user folder has a file,
lastlog.in, whose date/time reflects the last time a user connected to the
account. There is also a comand line utility, adduser.exe that can create,
modify or delete user accounts. Maybe if you put these together in a little
program to control things, you could accomplish your task.
