True, Web Messaging access does not update that file. So it may not be the
best way to determine if the account is not been active (define active!!??)
recently. Other things could be looked at to determine if the account is
active (main.mbx and its date/time, will tell you when the last message what
received to the account, if main.mbx in non-zero size).
If I thought the account were inactive, but did not know for sure, I don't
think I'd delete it right away, but make it inactive in IMail (Account Access
disabled), and when the user complained that he could not get mail, enable it
again. If it were still inactive, say 30 days later, then I would delete
it.
