I've just moved my company's entire e-mail system from Netscape
Messaging Server to IMail, the main reason being pricing, availability,
stability during our tests and the web interface.
Since we only have around 100 mail accounts to handle, moving the users
manually wasn't really a problem, but an LDAP based import mechanism
would have been really nice though.
It took me quite a while to get used to the different admin tools. It
still doesn't make sense to me why not all functionality has been
consolidated under one tool.
Now for the questions:
1. Is there any way to perform a search for a message with the web
interface? It would be ultimately cool to be able to not just sort the
messages but to place a filter on the selection by a string contained in
the senders, recepients, body and subject fields.
2. I've been having quite some problems with attachments. If you receive
a mail message with an attachment and you want to forward it using the
web interface, the attachment does not get forwarded!
