[IMail Forum] Help Wanted: Custom Interface for Webmail

We are looking to do a free web based email site.
We're looking at ASPMail, Cold Fusion & other options.  Any opinion on which
is the easiest to deal with and could produce the best (most efficient)
results?

Also, if anyone is interested in licensing a site they have already
designed, or
doing it as custom work, please email me privately, as we are considering that
option.
