found the upgrade on the page [http://www.ipswitch.com/support/versions/index.html].
I had to call IPSwitch to get a UserName/Password to download as the one I
already had would not work. Looks like webmessageing crashes were addressed with
this version (see: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990616-DM01.htm
).
