I'm not for totally sure, but you should be able to just disable the Imail
POP3 service in the services applet without any ill effects. Someone awhile
ago posted that WebMessaging uses the IMAP Protocol, if this is the case
then disable POP3

Subject: [IMail Forum] How do I change POP3 Port?
We have created our own web mail system via ASP, but we want to change the
port number so Users ONLY connect via the web interface, and not with a POP3
client for por 110. Is there any way to change the pop3 port for IMAIL? Any
tips or other ways to avoid this?
Thanks a lot!!
