You can already do this by turning on security in your network settings and
filtering allowed ports...
Control Panel - Network Settings - Protocols Tab - Advanced - Enable
Security - Security Settings
This is a recommended procedure for securing any NT box on the Net.
Disclaimer - Really slow or overloaded systems may see a performance hit
with IP security settings turned on.
