The options will have to be part of one of the existing pages I
believe as they are called from the .cgi.  For instance on the menu.html
it is actually called with the menu.cgi tag.

So you will have to make the Options part of an existing page in order for
them to work.

Unless I have overlooked something here.

However they can be broke down to not include the fields you do not
want the user to see.
