Bruce,

Click, Start, Programs, IMail, Imail Web Messaging Manager. Stop the service
and start it (you might want to set the checkbox, 'Start service on exit' and
save that, then just Exit).

That should 'free' the user account and then a login via Web Messaging will
show the messages.
