I can not think if anything else.  I have seen where the message
looked chopped up if the user is not inderting hard carriage
returns at or around 76 characters per line.  I see the same thing
in regular clients also.  I am bad about it when I get busy spouting
off.

Interesting... the customer in question *swears* that she wasn't
'cut-n-pasting' the message -- she claimed to be typing directly into the
webmessaging interface when this happens...  I suspected the same thing too
-- special (unsupported) characters in the message would certainly cause
problems in the translation...

Anyone else have any thoughts?  What would cause it to happen if indeed she
was typing directly into the webmessaging interface?
