I've started out on this voyage of modifying the web interface and
can see why someone would want to keep their interface theirs, with
upwards 70 HTML files (2 days I have 20 files modified and I don't
consider myself to be slow or inadequate when it comes to HTML either
and haven't had the time to finish).

I'm willing to share what I have to this point but like I said, I only
got twenty done so far. Now what would be nice is someone suggest a
common layout and then 3 or 4 guys all working together on it to finish
it in under a week!

Regards,
Jess

ps I'd be willing to setup an account for development if anyone wanted
   to collaborate on a design.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Custom Web Interface

Has anyone actually produced a working alternate interface? If so -- has
anyone made theirs available for download. I really would like to slap a
different interface on to see what can be done and whether I really want to
bother with v5.0x. I was shocked when I saw the v5.0 web messaging
interface -- I was honestly expecting MUCH better considering the screen
shot posted off IPSWITCH's website at
http://www.ipswitch.com/Products/IMail_Server/images/web-menu_big.gif --
Was this just a teaser image or is there actually a better set of templates
for download? Heck, v4's webmail worked, was fast, didn't rely on
<cough>frames</cough>...
