True the RFCs do say this.  And the option for not accepting
NUL senders is included in several mail servers.  And I am sure
that many disable this due to the large number of spammers that
are utilizing the envelope to spew their garbage.

I would suggest to most that they accept the NUL sender then
filter it or drop it on the floor after it is in the door.

I am getting a lot of error messages from Ipswitch mail servers that say

  Bogus Mail From: <>

If you read RFC 1123 and RFC 822, ALL mail servers connected to the
internet MUST accept 'Mail From: <>'.

What do you say about this?
