[IMail Forum] Moving IMail to new server

Hi all.  Sorry for this repeat topic, but I need to move my installed IMail
server to a new server with a new installation of IMail.  Specifically I
want to move from IMail 5.0 on one server to IMail 5.05 of another server
but for the life of me I can't recall how this is best accomplished without
having to manually recreate everything from scratch.

Can anyone lend some assistance?
