I get the exact same message when testing my imailsrv.pl form, but I KNOW
the form doesn't work yet, because my WPP hasn't run the imailcgi.exe yet.
I'm gonna hazard a guess that you haven't run it, either.
The problem here is that we haven't figured out what he's supposed to DO
when he runs imailcgi.exe .
This is what the readme.txt file said about installing it --
>>>To install imailcgi.exe
1. Copy imailcgi to your "\WINNT\SYSTEM32" directory, or to any other
directory in your path
2. Run "imailcgi -install yourhost.domain.top-level-domain (e.g
imail.ipswitch.com) youruserid@domain (e.g. [EMAIL PROTECTED])"<<<
I don't run a server. I'm told I'm a host administrator.
Anyway, I'm easily baffled by this sort of compact instruction set.
(Does it grow on you after a while?)
Please, someone explain - What will he see when he runs the program - a
dialog box?
What will he enter - just the two items mentioned in the readme.txt?
The first one is easy, but whose email address does it want? The list server
address? The list owner's address?
Thanks,
Gary Mauer
