When you run Imailcgi.exe for the first time, you are setting defaults for
the program.

The perl script will make a system call to imailcgi.exe to send the mail.
If your WPP wont 'install' it for you, simply write a perl script that will
use the system() command to execute it with the set up parms.

Place this new perl script in an executable directory and call it via a
browser (i.e.  http://blahblah.com/blah/setup.pl )
