Are you sure the Relaying denied message is coming from your server?
That sounds like an error coming from another server perhaps upstream
of yours.
What is the domain in question and I will send a few test messages to see
where this comes from.
Since you moved the machine to a new IP, are the DNS records updated
also to reflect the new IP?
