It turns out that the relaying denied message was coming from the OLD ip
address. For some reason, even though I could ping and get the new one,
when I did a mailthrough, I got it off the old. Hopefully that will
propagate by this evening. I still have a rather evil problem.

When I put it on the new (extremely stable) machine, I ended up having to
move it back to the old machine, with a new IP address. The new machine
would not distribute received mail, or send outbound mail properly. It
would, however, distribute internal mail with no problems. So the queue
just kept building up and building up. Forcing it did nothing.

I'm considering doing the move after I get the 4.07/4.08 upgrade from
Ipswitch. We are registered, but can't find the serial number anymore.
