Some people are (correctly) stating that you can modify the templates
provided.
I think it would be a nice thing to do, but when I face all that IMail
tags...
It's *not* pure HTML.

I'll use Mike's response to highlight some points:

Surely I can even write my own mail server. But as long as I pay for a
product, I expect it to do some jobs for me.

That's NOT what it was supposed to be. We're not talking about a free or
shareware.

Maybe they should sell it to IPSwitch, so they could offer a better web
interface to their customers.
