On numerous occasions mail list subscribers have complained about Ipswitch
service employees not responding to messages they've posted to this list. In
response, Dan Donnelly (Ipswitch guru), has made it clear that if you've got
a message or question for them; use their address instead of this list.
No one says you can't send them a message via this list, it's just a matter
of how soon you expect to get a response.
