I agree that if you need an individual response, use their support email -
because they've got people assigned to read their support mail and answer
questions. Here you get mostly responses from subscribers when you ask a
question - and rightly so.
But that's not what I'm talking about, and that's not what Vaughn Thurman
was doing when you corrected him.
That was what you call feedback.
>From my perspective, I think the hints people drop here for the benefit of
Ipswitch make for interesting reading, and they help me understand the
product.
Furthermore, over the last couple of months I've seen nothing from Ipswitch
to indicate that they don't in fact welcome the feedback they get here.
