1. There was Dr Watson error when this last shut off occurred. I did not
read what it said because I had assumed one of my techs had been using the
server. When he said that he hadn't, I went in to check if any services had
quit. The web imail service had quit.

2. Yes it has always started up ok when I start it from the server manager.
A few times the stop button was activated so I had to shut it off and then
turn it back on. Today, however, the service had just shut off and all I
had to do was restart it.

3. I have never monitored the service other than just go into service
manager periodically to check it.

4. My web msg is set to "ignore source address" because I have an number of
customers who have family that use AOL.

5. The only modification I had made to the web site was to put the Integrity
Online logo on the main page that comes up when the link is hit to go to web
based email.

I really have had very little trouble with the email service. Nothing that
I have not been able to live with or work around. I haven't had problems
with Netscape at this point. We do our own DNS service here on site. The I
mail server also does the DNS service, the radius service, the Internet
service. That is why I am always curious why folks think that they need
quad pentium 450s zenon's with 1gig of ram. I am running a pentium pro 200
single chip with 128 megs of ram. My service has never drawn more than 72
megs of that ram. I have never had a customer complaint regarding email
that wasn't my fault.
