IMAIL stamps each incoming email with the IP number of the sender. You
can add the IP number of the known spammer to the kill file and it won't
even be able to conenct to send mail to you.

Now, you can't just start adding IP numbers at random. You should
probably look to see who it belongs to... which may lead to the decision
to block a range of IP numbers. Or, informing a mail admin that he has
been used to send spam, or decide it was just a dialup user and not an
established spam box and not do anything to this particular ip... but
perhaps contact the isp.
