Identify their IP block. The one the messages are originating
from. Let;s say it is 216.173.25.2
Now if you want to prevent the whole block from connecting
enter this in Control Access/Deny under SMTP Security
216.173.25.2 255.255.0.0
Stop and start the server. Nothing from 216.173.0.0 will connect again.
