There is not enough information here to help. What kind of error message are you
getting in the logs? You are just showing where it tries to send it, not why it is
not successful.

I have a user that is having a problem sending mail to a particular
friend. I've been checking the logs to see if I can find out why, but it
seems that IMail isn't even attempting to send it. It gets put into the
queue, but I can't find any evidence that IMail made any attempts to
contact the recipient's server.
Here's the initial receipt from my user;
