I am trying to use IMS behind a Firewall.
All the network behind the Firewall is on
Private address.
The firewall do the masquerade of all the address,
and the redirection of the POP3 and SMTP
port from the firewall to the mail server.
The DNS is well configured since I can
send and receiving mail from and forward Internet.
It also work well on the private network.
My problem is the following:
the only way I succeed to send mail over Internet
(ie another server in the world) is from
the server where IMS is running and with
the IMail client!!
>From another machine on my network I can only
send a message to an user who belong to my
community.
If I try an address over the world, the log file
tell me :
16:25 SMTPD(0009018A) [192.168.0.2] HELO ServeurNT
16:25 SMTPD(0009018A) [192.168.0.2] MAIL
FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

user <[EMAIL PROTECTED]
