Thanks for that - I made the following changes:

Under the IMail control panel, SMTP tab, the Default
Mail Host is set to my ISP's mail server, the Domain
Name Server Address is set to my ISP's, and under the
SMTP Security tab, relay mail options is set to
Anyone,  however I now get an MX connect fail error,
log file below:
