> Default Mail Host is set to my ISP's mail server
This really rare that you would want to set this. This means if a user does
not specify a host name when sending a message your ISP's domain name will
be appended. Normally you want this to be blank or set to LOCALHOST.

I think what you were going for here is the setting under send all remote
mail through gateway? I don't actually have the control panel here in front
of me so I may be confusing the field names.

Back to your problem. There are two things I would check first.

I would check your DSN server, see if you can ping it from the IMail
machine. I took a look at the IP address, 205.180.60.224, and it does not
match to any of the mail servers I could see for yahoo.com. Not to mention
I did not recieve a response on port 25 at that server. Try pointing IMail
to another DSN server temporarily that you know is responding and then send
another message to see if this helps. This could also be an entry in your
hosts file (c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) that is forcing the
resolution of yahoo's mail server to the address below.

Another possible problem is that you have two NIC's on this machine, one
internal and one external. However, I would expect a stack connect fail
error message instead. If you do have multiple NIC's you should take a look
at the following KnowledgeBase article (look at the section on BindToIP):
