Is the spam being sent by one of your users, or is someone else using
your server as a relay? If it's your user, I'd suggest you hang, draw, and
quarter him, then cancel his account. If it's someone else relaying, set
your SMTP security to "Relay mail for" then insert the IP addresses that
you own.
Also, although some IPSwitch people monitor it, this list is primarily
IMail users, so there's no need to call any of us "Sir" :)
