That is one of the reasons I would like to see outbound rules
apply to users. I have tried setting up a few traps to catch
some of our users but nothing has really worked well yet.

I can see where this will really be a problem eventually. Since
they want me to limit outbound SMTP port 25 connections on our
dialups to our server only to prevent users from relay raping
other servers, then I need a way to keep our local users from
spewing their muck also.

Anyone have any ideas on this one?

Dusty
