I've been having this problem with attachments in the Web interface. Under Netscape
the attachment's size is correct, but opening a Word doc gives me these squared-off
circles (hex?). Under IE5, it opens Word to a 0 byte document (empty). Tech Support
(and the KnowledgeBase) pointed me to the HTML templates, which I replaced, and to the
browser.cap/NT registry, both looked correct in syntax, but I still have the problem.
None of the eval team here can open attachments currently!!

It only seems to happen on the e-mails with this subject line. All other
postings are fine....
