Just got into the office and tried again. It appears to be working! My attachment
opened just fine!...
We were trying to open a test document sent to the Imail server while the bug was in
place (the broken html templates?). This morning I sent a new document to myself from
home and tried it now that I am in the office; it looks like if you open the
attachment while broken, the attachment permanently breaks.
Now I get to the good part and slowly re-write/test the html to find what broke....
Thanks,
Peter Hedgeman

Under Netscape the attachment's size is correct, but opening a Word doc
gives me these squared-off circles (hex?). Under IE5, it opens Word to a 0
byte document (empty). Tech Support (and the KnowledgeBase) pointed me to
the HTML templates, which I replaced, and to the browser.cap/NT registry,
both looked correct in syntax, but I still have the problem. None of the
eval team here can open attachments currently!!
