Dear All,
I wondered whether anyone was sucessfully using
IMail 5.0X through MS Proxy Server 2.0?
I have used the guide in the KB as a start point,
although I have it working through the proxy, it stops working if I try to use
either packet filtering or access control on the proxy server.
I think I have allowed all the correct protocol
types, and have set the SMTPD32 service to run with a service account that has
access though the proxy's Winsocks service (SMTP Client setting). I have also
added the Credtools setting and a wspcfg.ini setting for the SMTPD32 demon in
the IMail installation directory.
Would anyone be able to help me out on this one?
I'm sure I can't be the only customer wanting to use IMail behind MS proxy
with access control and packet filtering.
