I have never seen response times this slow on ours across
any connection. What type of connection did you have
to the server? Network? Dial up?
I manage all of my 'abuse' mail via web messaging and
there are some pretty long SPAMs that I have to forward
or Reply to. Never seen anything that slow about it.
What browser is used more by your clients? What browser
were you using?
