Carlos,
Do you handle the reverse for your class C? If you do have you set up the
reverse zone in the DNS Manager yet?
Assuming you have said yes to both questions above, what error do you
receive when trying to add a pointer? When you add an A record in one of
your zones, it should automatically add a reverse entry unless you uncheck
the box to do so.
