I had several clients that had this problem that just all
of a sudden started.  However if they used either a regular
MSIE or NS browser with their AOL connection versus the
built in browser they had no problems.
 
Confusing since the AOL browser is a IE hack anyway.

I followed the knowledge base's instructions for the AOL problem with Web Messaging and selected "ignore source add..." stopped and restarted the service but I still can't log in using AOL.  Any ideas?
