No. Just means that if a user (or admin) sends an email to 
a bare [EMAIL PROTECTED]'ll convert when it gets
to the MAIL FROM:<userid@[123.123.123.123]> on the _deliver_
end only. Relay-for-IP is still done by actually checking the
senders IP.
