Nevermind, I found it in an old message from the list... There was a JavaScript error on that page... it was fixed in a set of new templates... apparently I lost those changes when I re-installed my server! Hello, I know this has been in the list before... thought it might be in the knowledge base too but there's no luck there.   A customer reported to me just now that once an attachment has been made to a new message in the web interface, it cannot be removed.
