Pete,
You probably do not have the latest copies of the web pages (in the right
place). This was fixed in 5.06 and if you have these files in the \imail\web
directory, it will work. If you need a copy of the current pages/files, ftp to
ftp.ipswitch.com and in the \ipswitch\product_support\imail dir, get the
templates.zip file and unzip them to the \imail\web directory.
