Its what LOCALHOST resolves to. So it should be in there. Also
the line:

127.0.0.1 localhost

should be in your hosts file. Check it, NT doesn't always put
it in there. Haven't looked at the code today, but forwarding
is coming from localhost, not the remote IP, so _should_ work
if localhost is allowed to relay mail.
