Hi all !
We currently have iMAIL installed on our server and it works great for our e-mail. We
are adding a domain for a client and I wanted to know what needed to be done.
Presently the client has a domain registered CLIENT.COM for argument sake. Incoming
mail is being received to the new (virutal) domain. But the client software (Outlook)
can not access the account to pick up the mail. Any ideas why ?
Our ISP is not the ISP where the domain is hosted - they are just forwarding the mail
to our ip address 208.168.64.93 - do we need to change the domain to point to our
server as well ?
