If the virtual domain CLIENT.COM is set up with no IP address
then the username in Outlook or other POP clients must be sent
in the format of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Or you may just specify
username%client.com which would be required by some older clients.
They should just point the POP3 & SMTP to the Imail machine.
Naming is not important however I would suggest just telling them
to go to the same IP that their MX records resolve to.

Incoming mail is being received to the new (virutal) domain. But the client
software (Outlook) can not access the account to pick up the mail. Any
ideas why ?
