Again there are a couple of ways you could do this.
Scenario one. (I have one client doing this now)
Use a utility such as EFS Forwarding Server http://www.chimera.co.nz/
It is free and easy to set up. Set up a virtual domain for the remote
office. Use the nobody alias to point all mail to one userid in this
virtual domain. Do not set up the actual users in the domain. Only
the nobody alias and one box, we will call it incoming.
Point the EFS server to retrieve mail from incoming@virtualdomain
and distribute it to your MS Mail users.
Scenario Two. Although the above would work for them also, if
they have a static IP then you could simply set up store and forward
for them by only entering their hostname and IP address in the hosts
record. (Winnt/System32/Drivers/Etc/hosts) If they do not have a
static IP then the above would work for them also.
