I have found a bug in aol 5. If you have more than one ip address binded to
a network card, aol5 deletes one of them. I don't know if this is your
problem but it's a major bug I have already come across. Wrote to bugnet to
see if they will send out an alert on it

The AOL Adapter has always been there and I have learned to
deal with it. The AOL Dial Up Adapter is the one that appears
to be causing me problems right now. All my remote clients that
use AOL started having problems when they upgraded to AOL 5.
