Yes, but it would also be nice to put in there a support email address or
where to direct abuse questions. Other mail servers seem to offer it.

I read some hogwash on another list about some proposed
legislation that may require such banners in order to prosecute
spammers. Like the spammer is actually sitting there reading
the banner. :-)
