I'll try as you suggest.  I had tried sending and receiving from a couple of other 
(read -- non-AOL) accounts and had no problems.  This customer has tried sending and 
receiving from other accounts and had no problem.  The issue is that most of their 
staff is currently on AOL.  They are moving to other ISP support, but it will take 
time.
