this has been the biggest problem of IMail. We also get unknown user,
unknown host. Apparently we notice Imail smtp is not compatible with
certain MX. One way around this is to designate a host gateway. Let's say
after three tries if Imail fails, then it will use the host gateway.
We're actually abandoning Imail, until they fix this problem, because their
log file doesn't generate failed delivery separately amking it difficult to
trace error.
