I have seen this before. If you look in the users folder, see if
there is a main.ndx in there. What I did, (don't do this at home),
was delete all main.* files except for main.mbx. Open Imail
Admin and navigate to the users info and click on the directory
tab. Imail rebuilt the uid file and the user accessed no problem.
FWIW, the last time I did this all I did was delete the files and the
user screamed "It's working" on the phone. Turns out they were
logging in web messaging as I was deleting.
