I got it (again) just yesterday for one users mailbox. According to the KB it means something has the user's mailbox locked. It was only happening when the user received a email from one particular sender. I stop/start the web messaging/smtp/pop3 and it went away. Unlike others here my IMail machine rarely gets rebooted but with only 100 users my traffic is minimal.
